  • NT-pro BNP;
  • U+E’s;
  • eGFR;
  • LFTs;
  • Lipid profile
  • FBC;
  • TFTs;
  • ECG;
  • Consider urinalysis;
  • Consider chest X-Ray;
  • Consider echo in those patients with suspected new HF (will depend on local pathway - some only require NT-proBNP); and/or
  • Consider peak flow/spirometry.
